Zucchini bread just got a whole lot easier. No washing, trimming, shredding, squeezing out all that excess moisture, or wondering what to do with the rest of the zucchini. Simply grab what you need and start baking.
 
You don’t have to stop at zucchini bread! Use it in muffins, pancakes, fritters, frittatas, casseroles, soups, meatloaf, meatballs, veggie burgers, lasagna and more. For moisture-rich dishes such as soups, simply add it directly and allow it to rehydrate while cooking.
