Our Freeze-Dried Cheese Chips make a super easy and tasty snack! Just like cheese and crackers without all the extra carbs! No need to rehydrate.


Our Freeze-Dried Cheese Chips are produced in a process where moisture is removed from the product using a very low temperature and a vacuum. The end product weight is reduced by over 80 percent, while the volume stays the same. This remarkable process concentrates the fresh taste, natural color, and texture of cheese.


If rehydrated, the product will absorb the liquid and resemble fresh cheese once again. The taste is great and the nutritional value is preserved. Freeze-drying provides natural and additive free foods to be stored effectively for long periods of time, making them an ideal product for long term food storage and emergency preparedness.


Shelf-Life: Will store for 20+ years under ideal storage conditions (cool, dark, dry place).


Instructions: No need to rehydrate but if desired, add 3 parts water to 1 part cheese. Allow to rehydrate for 20-30 minutes or until fully hydrated.


Uses: Freeze-Dried Cheese Chips can be rehydrated or eaten right out of the bag as a snack!


Packaging: Sealed air-tight in resealable Mylar bags (oxygen absorber included). Total package weight is 4.8 ounces.


Ingredients: Idaho Colby Jack / Idaho Mild Cheddar. All cheese from local Idaho farmers. No added sugars, preservatives or flavors.
